    Daryl Lee

    Global Chief Executive Officer, Mediabrands

    Daryl is Global CEO of Mediabrands, and is responsible for the vision, strategy and performance of the Mediabrands global network. Daryl has held a series of roles with increasing responsibility at IPG. Most recently, he was the global CEO of UM, revolutionizing the agency into an award-winning global powerhouse with a roster of iconic and fast-growing clients. Daryl is a vocal champion for positive social change, diversity and equity in the world and the workplace, and currently sits on the board of Strive, and is a former board member of GLAAD. Daryl is also on the Board of Directors of Effie Worldwide. Daryl graduated with a D. Phil from the University of Oxford, which he attended as a Rhodes Scholar, and in 2016 was named Executive of the Year by AdWeek.

    EILEEN KIERNAN

    Global Chief Executive Officer, UM

    Eileen is Global CEO of UM and leads the agency’s global strategy, direction and operations, overseeing global management for UM’s clients, including American Express, BMW, Coca-Cola, The Hershey Company, Johnson & Johnson, Levi Strauss & Co. and Sony, among others. With more than 25 years of experience spanning brand stewardship, integrated marketing, creative strategy, business development and team leadership, Eileen brings a rich blend of purpose-driven creativity, innate curiosity and diversity of thought to her role. Eileen sits on the Board of the AEF, the ANA’s Educational Foundation. Originally from Ireland, Eileen holds degrees from University College Dublin and Pace University. She lives in New Jersey with her husband, Denis, daughter, Grace and their many four legged friends.

    Global Chief Executive Officer, Initiative

    Mat is Global CEO at Initiative. Since taking the reins of Initiative in August 2016, Mat has transformed the agency’s product and structure to help brands take the initiative in culture. In that time, Initiative has been appointed as global media agency for leading brands like Amazon, LEGO, Converse and Carlsberg. As a true veteran of the industry, Mat was a co-founder of Naked Communications and also previously served as CEO of UM Australia. Mat has a laser-like focus on client relationships, fostering talent and consistently pushes the envelope when it comes to culture. Mat is keen on providing a unique viewpoint on the industry along with his time serving as a judge at Cannes Lions over multiple years.

    Dimitri Maex

    Dimitri Maex

    Global Chief Executive Officer, Reprise

    Dimitri is Global CEO at Reprise. Dimitri is responsible for helping to grow Reprise across the agency’s global network. Dimitri is also responsible for cultivating partnerships and driving the IPG open architecture platform between Reprise and Mediabrands’ full-service media agencies, UM and Initiative. Dimitri has a background in data analytics, extensive experience in managing creative agencies and a passion for strategy. He is originally from Belgium and holds degrees from the University of Antwerp and the Xavier Institute of Management in India.

    Erica Schmidt

    Erica Schmidt

    Global Chief Executive Officer, Matterkind

    Erica is Global CEO and and is the first female to ascend to this role at Matterkind, while also holding the role of Chief Culture Officer at Kinesso. Erica continues to break down barriers while leading the global development and management of Matterkind’s addressable offering, which provides data-driven marketing solutions on behalf of IPG’s portfolio of agencies, as well as its clients. Prior to becoming Global CEO, she served as EVP, Managing Director, North America, where she developed the agency’s best-in-class product suite. Erica is a pioneer in the addressable media space and is curious about the intersection of programmatic and data. Erica completed her Bachelor’s degree at Franklin Marshall College.

    Brian McMahon

    Global Chief Executive Officer, Orion

    Brian is Global CEO of Orion and brings a unique investment management focus to Orion, the global media company generating financial value for media owners and clients. Brian’s entrepreneurial spirit is reflected in a career-long focus in building companies and evolving Orion’s product offering. Brian’s staunch support for diversity and inclusion has provided the foundation at Orion to win “Most Inclusive Climate” at the IPG Inclusion Awards a record-setting five times. Brian resides in Connecticut with his wife, Karen.

    Jim Hytner

    Global Chief Operating Officer, Mediabrands

    Jim is Global COO of Mediabrands, and is responsible for global operations, overseeing all regions outside of the US, and the development of global talent across the Mediabrands network. Previous to this role, he was the CEO of G-14 markets (MB’s largest international markets) and President, Global clients, managing some of our biggest and most-prestigious global accounts. In another life, Jim started his career at Coca-Cola and was Chief Marketing Officer at BSkyB, ITV and Barclays. Jim graduated from Wharton Business School, was a long-standing trustee of Comic Relief in the UK and now strongly supports the Ruth Strauss foundation, a charity focused on lung cancer awareness and emotional support.

    Guy Beach

    Global Chief Financial Officer, Mediabrands

    Guy is Global CFO of Mediabrands, and is responsible for the financial management of Mediabrands worldwide and its operating companies, including UM, Initiative, Orion, Reprise, and Rapport. He also overseas all legal and IT infrastructure across the global network. Before taking this role, Guy was Global Chief Commercial Officer at Mediabrands, where he oversaw all client commercial aspects for the network. He has also had previous Mediabrands, UM and Initiative roles in his career with us. Guy has lived and worked in London, Singapore and New York.
